One of the reasons why I titled this track 414141 is because of the Asian atmosphere of the main melody line. Also, I went to Taiwan for the first time for my friend’s wedding in November 2015 and that helped me.
After arriving at the airport and taking a few minutes bus ride to Taipei city, I saw many motor bicycles driving in the street. Though it was autumn, I felt the heat and humidity of summer. (People in Taiwan call this 秋老虎（qiu lao hu) which means ”an autumn tiger”. Tigers belong to the cat family as you know.) The mixture of new and old things there, the bustle of night town areas, flashy signboards, tons of people, food stalls, convenience stores selling Oden (Oden is a sort of Japanese hodgepodge.), sugared oolong tea, retro packages on goods, and alley cats is comfortably expressed as the garage sound of this track with the drums break beats.
